We are a local Tulsa accounting firm totally committed to providing the highest
quality professional services to our clients at a reasonable cost.
Our firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA) Private Companies Practice Section. Membership in this practice-
monitoring program of the AICPA has several requirements that must be fulfilled
prior to becoming a member. These requirements are designed to provide a
system of quality control among member firms and include requirements such as
mandatory continuing education hours completed on an annual basis by all
professional personnel and a peer review that is conducted at least once every
three years to review the firm’s system of quality control and adherence to the
quality control standards established by the AICPA.
Our firm’s sixth peer review was completed in June 2006. We received a clean
opinion on our system of quality control with no letter of comments or suggestions
of needed improvements for the sixth consecutive time. Less than ten percent of
the firms nationwide receive this type of high quality report.
