Betsy Spitler, CPA

Betsy joined Heatherington & Fields in 1988. Prior to joining our firm, Betsy was employed in the
audit division of a large accounting firm as an audit senior.
Education
Betsy graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1983 with a B.S. degree in Accounting.
Areas of Expertise
Betsy's experience is extensive in auditing, compilations and reviews, accounting and financial
reporting for both private and publicly held companies. She also is experienced in tax preparation
and consulting for corporations, partnerships, and individual clients.
Her industry experience includes manufacturing, wholesale/retail and service industries. She also
has experience in not-for-profit and disability services providers.
Betsy's experience in accounting systems consists of conducting reviews of existing internal
accounting control systems and the design and implementation of accounting systems.

Betsy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
